Justin’s experience includes the following representative matters:
- Representation of developers and landowners in disputes arising out of the purchase and sale of real property;
- Resolution of claims involving state entities for violations of The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act;
- Resolution of a variety of claims involving breach of partnership agreements and claims of usurpations of corporate opportunities;
- Representation of a large health care provider in contract and tort claims.
Prior to joining Morgan Miller Blair, Justin was a litigation associate with Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in their San Francisco office, where he handled an array of complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court. While attending law school at the University of California Davis, he was actively involved in the King Hall Civil Rights Clinical Program where he helped prosecute an assortment of civil rights actions in Federal court.
